Q: How quickly will you ship my order? A: We normally ship all domestic orders within 1 to 3 business days after receipt and proper credit approval. International orders require 7 to 10 business days to prepare proper documents. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped by Wednesday at the latest. Q: How much do you charge for shipping & handling? A: For consumer orders, ground shipping in the 48 continental United States is a flat fee of only $9.50 per order. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories, and Canada is a flat fee: US$39.50. International Priority Air Mail flat fee to most countries: US$59.50 ~ US$79.50. NOTE: Canadian and International customers are responsible for any local brokerage fees, duties, taxes, tariffs, etc. Order as much as you like - with one flat fee for shipping! For dealer, club, or institutional orders, the actual rates are calculated in "real-time" based on actual weight.
Q: What shipping companies do you normally use for consumer orders? A: Our preferred shipping carrier is UPS for domestic shipments. We use United States Postal Service for local P.O. Box and APO deliveries as well as Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and international orders.
Q: Why are your flat fee shipping fees so high? A: Unfortunately, we don't set the rates for UPS and USPS shipping - they do! Each year UPS and USPS raise their rates! So, we set our fees in a way that you save money when you order multiple items. We suggest that you order for family, friends, co-workers, or relatives at the same time.
